Worry - Feeling worried is a normal natural response to new, changing, uncertain and stressful situations, for example, Exam stress, making the transition to a new job, school, home or country.

Anger - Anger is not necessarily a negative emotion, although it can be a challenging one. Use Psychology to explore ways to manage this emotion

Grief, Loss and Change - UsePsychology works with individual adults and young people to guide their journey through Grief, Loss and Change using a variety of intervention including the Grief Recovery Method ©. Group work for adults and young people can also be delivered in this area where required.
